Raytheon has an immediate need for a Product Manager supporting the Circuit Card Manufacturing area in Andover, Massachusetts supporting the Effector business. This position will provide professionals with opportunities to grow their skills in operations management, technical operations, business communications, and leadership.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with Manufacturing Work Centers and functional partners to ensure on‑time integration of material and labor efforts.
- Support manufacturing activities and manage manufacturing schedules for the Effector business.
- Drive overall management and participation in all phases of program development from development, execution and close‑out.
- Serve as primary interface across all operation value streams, leading engineering change orders and presenting reports to customers and directors.
- Manage recurring and non‑recurring manufacturing resources to support program requirements and develop manufacturing plans.
- Support quarterly EACs and other performance metrics.
- Managing the coordination and execution of CCM schedules with Global Supply Chain Management, PPL, IPT, Engineering and other functional areas.
- Support Manufacturing Operations strategy and utilize CORE/R6
Sigma best practices. - Lead the effort to develop and implement cost reduction initiatives for both recurring efforts and new business opportunities.
- Lead collaborative teams on tactical and strategic discussions to drive results and breakdown barriers.
- University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and 5 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Program and/or project management.
- Understanding of manufacturing tool sets and how to leverage information from material receipt through DD250 within a defense contracting organization.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES.
- Experience in capital planning, MRL assessments, Make/Buy/Where process.
- Previous manufacturing process experience.
- EVMS L2 Certification or ability to learn.
- CORE/Six Sigma experience.
- Knowledge of using IPDS and managing a complex IMS with Microsoft Project.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong business acumen with budget and schedule responsibility.
- Previous leadership in a fast‑paced technical or manufacturing environment with cross‑functional teams.
Salary Range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD
