Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift, Back End Processing. Overall responsibility for a manufacturing operations team of 10‑15 employees. Lead team in fast‑paced environment to ensure products meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Execution of schedule and cost.
- Workforce planning and forecasting.
- Employee hiring and training.
- Time and attendance tracking.
- Area layout and flow management.
- Ensuring full compliance of company policies and procedures.
- Capital identification and control of overhead expenses.
- University degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Supervisory, leadership and/or manufacturing experience.
- Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with proven track record of Lean / Six Sigma.
- Previous experience supervising bargaining‑unit employees.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access).
- Experience with Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma or other similar process‑improvement methodologies.

Salary range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD (good faith estimate; may be adjusted based on experience, location, education, and key skills).
