Pay Rate/Salary of the Manufacturing Line Technician$26.00 - $33.00 + 20% differential
Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Line Technician- Perform scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs on production and test equipment to meet production schedules.
- Provide continuous technical support to production operators.
- Train and evaluate operators on process and equipment knowledge.
- Maintain and purchase spare parts and supplies inventories.
- Prepare maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Associate's degree in electro-mechanical/electronic engineering or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting production line equipment and systems.
- Proven success in identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical or electrical equipment issues.
- Ability to train and mentor manufacturing personnel.
- Strong mechanical system understanding and electrical troubleshooting skills.
