Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Andover, MA

Pay Range: $21/Hr.

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Manage your own time, prioritize workflows, and be accountable for your results.
• Ensure that equipment is operating properly, report and correct malfunctions, and assist others with complex setup or repair operations.
• Complete accountability reports, pull samples for identification/testing, and perform routine product/process functional tests online.
• Maintain adherence to all plant safety rules and current Good Manufacturing Practices (GxP) for products and processes.
• Maintain area housekeeping standards and environmental specifications using sanitizing aids, and manage inventory and equipment cleaning.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and complex data analysis
