Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required for a Secret DoD clearance. Existing and active clearance required immediately.
Responsibilities- Perform system‑level debugging on test fixtures and automated test stations using best practices.
- Trace hardware faults down to the component level across RF, digital, and AC/DC platforms.
- Ensure test station uptime on the manufacturing floor.
- Maintain fault logs and generate repair documentation to minimize future troubleshooting efforts and improve station uptime.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Coach and influence technicians regarding troubleshooting best practices and techniques.
- Interpret schematic drawings to aid in troubleshooting of test stations and equipment.
- Design moderate improvements of systems and test equipment to enhance performance and production uptime.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of test equipment design or troubleshooting experience.
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Strong electrical background with debugging experience of analog, digital, and mixed‑signal test equipment.
- Knowledge of RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
- Experience with AC/DC power platforms and control systems.
- Experience developing, editing, and improving preventative maintenance and calibration procedures.
- Familiarity with CORE principles or similar continuous improvement methodologies.

Salary Range86,800 USD – 165,200 USD.
