Raytheon Circuit Card Manufacturing – Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)
Job OverviewLead a manufacturing operations team of 15‑20 assembly and inspection employees within the Sensors High Mix value stream. Ensure products meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery goals by planning, organizing, and directing production flow while maintaining a safe work environment.
LocationAndover, Massachusetts, United States
Responsibilities- Execute production schedule and cost commitments.
- Plan and forecast workforce needs.
- Oversee employee hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Track time and attendance for the team.
- Design and manage area layout and flow to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and control capital and overhead expenditures.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and lean methodologies.
- Engage daily with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, production control, finance, and program management to meet organizational objectives.
- Implement safety improvement projects and uphold a safe workplace.
- Minimum university degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proven supervisory, leadership, and manufacturing experience.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Confidential).
- Must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for a security clearance.
- Experience supervising bargaining‑unit employees.
- Manufacturing experience in the aerospace/defense industry.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Competitive salary range of $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
