Production Manager, Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma, Production QC/QA
Position: 3rd Shift Production Supervisor – Execution Operations (XOPS) at Andover, MA.
This role has overall responsibility for the Cables operations team of 15–20 employees, leading a fast‑paced and dynamic environment to achieve contractual quality, cost, delivery, and safety goals.

- Execute schedule and cost.
- Plan and forecast workforce.
- Hire and train employees.
- Track time and attendance.
- Manage area layout and flow.
- Identify and control overhead expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Supervisory or manufacturing experience required.
- Experience working in a Machine/Assembly shop and supervising bargaining‑unit employees with minimal supervision.
- Experience assigning, managing, and measuring work assignments to completion.
- Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean / six‑sigma implementation projects.
- Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience in the aerospace/defense industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access) and/or SAP.
- Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200.
