Position: 3rd Shift Production Supervisor – Execution Operations (XOPS) at Andover, MA.

This role has overall responsibility for the Cables operations team of 15–20 employees, leading a fast‑paced and dynamic environment to achieve contractual quality, cost, delivery, and safety goals.

U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

What You Will Do
  • Execute schedule and cost.
  • Plan and forecast workforce.
  • Hire and train employees.
  • Track time and attendance.
  • Manage area layout and flow.
  • Identify and control overhead expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Supervisory or manufacturing experience required.
  • Experience working in a Machine/Assembly shop and supervising bargaining‑unit employees with minimal supervision.
  • Experience assigning, managing, and measuring work assignments to completion.
  • Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean / six‑sigma implementation projects.
  • Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience in the aerospace/defense industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access) and/or SAP.

  • Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200.
