RTX in Andover, MA is seeking an Operations Engineer to support the Circuit Card Assembly Factory. You will help operate Wave Solder, Selective Solder, Router and Mechanical Assembly lines, and work with automated equipment across multiple programs.
You will lead process improvements, reduce cycle times and defects, develop tooling/fixtures, and perform risk-based project work. A strong Lean Manufacturing background and the ability to obtain security clearance are required.
