RTX seeks a Manufacturing Engineer (2nd shift) in Andover, MA to improve manufacturing processes and support production. You will work with operations, maintenance, quality, test, and design to implement robust processes and drive improvements that reduce cycle time and cost, while maintaining safety and quality.
The role requires a STEM degree, CAD experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. Onsite work and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
