Location: Andover (CDP), MA

Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $ USD Annually

Seeking a 1st‑shift Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, support advanced production processes, and drive performance across quality, safety, and output targets.

• Monitor production line performance and implement corrective actions to resolve process issues
• Ensure schedules are met, resources are allocated effectively, and production flow remains uninterrupted
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities while providing clear direction to team members
• Track throughput, cycle time, and scrap levels each day to maintain operational efficiency
• Partner with production and maintenance teams to ensure proper use of manufacturing equipment
• Foster open communication with production staff regarding goals, expectations, policies, and procedures
• Optimize workforce utilization through cross‑training, development, and effective delegation
• Lead improvement initiatives focused on quality, service, safety, and cost
• Support the development, execution, and sustainability of operating procedures
• Guide the team in understanding KPIs, conducting gap analysis, and driving action‑oriented results
• Serve as a technical resource to operators, assisting with minor equipment or production issues
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company health and safety policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years of production or manufacturing experience
• Strong team‑oriented mindset
• Experience building or enhancing team‑based environments
• Demonstrated success working with cross‑functional groups
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Hands‑on manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with world‑class manufacturing methodologies (SPC, Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
