Job SummarySeeking a 1st‑shift Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, support advanced production processes, and drive performance across quality, safety, and output targets.
Job Description- Monitor production line performance and implement corrective actions to resolve process issues
- Ensure schedules are met, resources are allocated effectively, and production flow remains uninterrupted
- Plan and coordinate daily production activities while providing clear direction to team members
- Track throughput, cycle time, and scrap levels each day to maintain operational efficiency
- Partner with production and maintenance teams to ensure proper use of manufacturing equipment
- Foster open communication with production staff regarding goals, expectations, policies, and procedures
- Optimize workforce utilization through cross‑training, development, and effective delegation
- Lead improvement initiatives focused on quality, service, safety, and cost
- Support the development, execution, and sustainability of operating procedures
- Guide the team in understanding KPIs, conducting gap analysis, and driving action‑oriented results
- Serve as a technical resource to operators, assisting with minor equipment or production issues
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company health and safety policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of production or manufacturing experience
- Strong team‑oriented mindset
- Experience building or enhancing team‑based environments
- Demonstrated success working with cross‑functional groups
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Hands‑on manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with world‑class manufacturing methodologies (SPC, Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
