Raytheon’s Hardware Integration Center (HWIC) seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a 15–20 person manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment. You will plan schedules, manage costs, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
The role requires a university degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years in manufacturing, plus supervisory experience and U.S. citizenship for security clearance. This onsite position is 2nd shift and offers comprehensive benefits.
