CoWorx is seeking 1st Shift Electro Mechanical Assemblers in the Andover, MA area! Looking to start a career in manufacturing? Join a growing team where you’ll receive hands-on experience building electronic, electro‑mechanical, and mechanical assemblies. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to learn valuable technical skills.
1st shift: 7-3:30 PM, M-F
Responsibilities- Assemble electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components
- Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly procedures
- Make adjustments to meet product specifications and quality standards
- Assist with product testing and inspections as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- 0-1 year of assembly, manufacturing, or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work from written instructions and blueprints
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. - ITAR-Restricted Facility:
Applicants must meet ITAR eligibility requirements.
