Execution Operations (XOPS) has a need for a 1st shift Production Supervisor at its Andover, MA facility. This position has overall responsibility for a manufacturing operations cell in the Patriot Missile value stream, consisting of 5-15 employees. This individual will lead a team of people in a fast paced and dynamic environment to meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of work.

This individual will also be responsible for a safe work environment and will lead and engage in safety improvement projects.

• Execution of schedule and cost based on internal customer needs.
• Deployment and monitoring of resources for successful completion of tasks
• Employee hiring and training.
• Time and attendance tracking
• Capital identification and control of overhead expenses.
• Ensure the enforcement of company policies and procedures

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Supervisor, Leadership and/or manufacturing experience.

• Experience assigning, managing, and measuring work assignments to completion.
• Basic knowledge of theory of constraints
• Experience supervising bargaining unit employees
• Experience leading a team-based manufacturing environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access) and/or SAP.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
