CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Production Technician I candidates in the Andover, MA area.
3rd Shift – Sun/Mon 10PM-7AM, Tue-Fri 12AM-7AM
Looking for a hands‑on technical role where you can put your troubleshooting and mechanical skills to work?
Join a growing manufacturing team as a Production Technician I and help build, test, and improve precision products used in advanced technology applications.
- Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical assemblies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and diagrams to perform testing and inspectionsi]
- Diagnose issues and perform rework or corrective actions as needed.
- Perform soldering and mechanical assembly tasks in accordance with specifications.
- Prepare technical reports and accurately document test results.
- Assist with the setup and operation of specialized test equipment.
- Support a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.
Skills:
- Associate degree, military technical training, or equivalent vocational training preferred.
- One or more years of manufacturing, electronics, testing, or technician experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- Experience testing electronic or mechanical systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Soldering experience preferred.
- Electronics experience, including the use of voltmeters and oscilloscopes, preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, sitting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the work
- Strong manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
