Program Operations Manager
Raytheon's Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor Program (LTAMDS) is seeking a Program Operations Manager to work at our Andover, MA facility.
Manage coordination and execution of program schedules across Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontracts, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.
Support Manufacturing Operations strategy through the application of CORE and R6 Sigma best practices.
Lead development and implementation of cost-reduction initiatives for both recurring production and new business opportunities.
Coordinate Operations inputs for new development and production bids and proposals.
Develop production plans and Make/Where strategies, and author manufacturing and operations sections of technical proposals.
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems, including but not limited to SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in both tactical execution and strategic planning to drive results and remove organizational barriers.
Leadership experience in fast-paced technical or manufacturing environments involving multiple organizations; demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated ownership of budget and schedule performance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
EVMS L2 Certification or ability to learn.

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Clearance Information :
This position requires a security clearance. The Department of State, an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. More information about Security Clearances can be found on the US Department of State government website.
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.
-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
