The Manufacturing Engineer will provide direct support to Patriot Missile Radome production operations, ensuring process stability, production efficiency, and continuous improvement in a high‑reliability aerospace and defense environment. This role requires hands‑on experience with manufacturing processes, grinding operations, and machining equipment, with a strong focus on driving process improvements, resolving production issues, and supporting daily factory operations.
What You Will LearnAdvanced production techniques used in Patriot Missile Radome manufacturing. Precision machining and composite radome bonding processes in a high‑reliability environment. Campbell grinding setup, optimization, and best practices. Mazak machining center programming and troubleshooting strategies. Lean manufacturing tools and structured problem‑solving methodologies. Cross‑functional collaboration in a large, complex aerospace and defense production organization.
Qualifications- You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing floor operations in aerospace/defense or similar high‑reliability industry.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- We Prefer
- Hands‑on experience with Campbell grinding processes.
- Experience with Mazak machining equipment (operation, programming, or troubleshooting).
- Experience with lean manufacturing tools.
- Experience developing and deploying manufacturing process documentation.
- Ability to work effectively across functions in a fast‑paced production environment.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
