Assembler 1 - 1st Shift The Assembler 1 position is located in Andover, MA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Shift of the Assembler 1: 1st shift - 7AM-3:30PM Pay Rate/Salary of the Assembler 1: $18/hr

• Perform a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations in wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Make set-ups and adjustments while holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Test equipment and products as required.
• Engage in physical activities including lifting, moving, and repetitive hand motions.

• 0-1 year of related experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good manual dexterity and coordination are essential.
• Strong communication skills to convey information clearly.
• Dedication to safety in handling mechanical and electrical hardware.
