We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our partners operations in Andover, MA. Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, this role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing manufacturing processes used to produce electronic product lines.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving processes, and working closely with production teams.
What You'll Do- Determine and establish manufacturing engineering requirements for machinery, equipment, tooling, manufacturing methods, processes, and routings.
- Provide technical support to shop floor personnel by troubleshooting manufacturing processes and quality issues.
- Develop routings, process sheets, work instructions, and process drawings, while establishing feeds, speeds, cycle times, and other equipment operating parameters.
- Evaluate, recommend, justify, and implement new equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity using LEAN manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate in product development to incorporate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles into parts and processes.
- Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities throughout manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering technology discipline.
- 7+ years of industry experience with manufacturing technologies, methods, and assembly processes.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, shop floor personnel, and external vendors.
- Experience applying LEAN manufacturing techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Electronics/Electrical Assembly Experience
$115,000–$122,000 annually.
10% bonus is avaiable also.
