Assembler 1
We are seeking an Assembler 1 for a contract-to-hire position in the area. This company is known for its commitment to quality and innovation in the manufacturing sector, making it a great place to grow your career.
Must understand soldering, and have been exposed to it in the past to be consdiered, as you will be doing entry level soldering.
Shift of the Assembler 1: 1st Shift - 7AM-3:30PM
Pay Rate/Salary of the Assembler 1: $19/hr
Responsibilities of the Assembler 1:
- Perform a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
- Follow methods and sequence of operations for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
- Make set-ups and adjustments while holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
- Test equipment and products as required.
- Follow simple written instructions to ensure successful assembly of various models.
- 0-1 year of related experience required.
- Basic PC skills, including the ability to log in and use a mouse and keyboard.
- Ability to follow written instructions and perform tasks with attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods.
- Strong manual dexterity and coordination are essential.
