Email Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a creative and analytical Email Marketing Specialist to own our lifecycle marketing channel. You'll craft compelling email and SMS campaigns that reflect our premium brands while building automations and segmentation strategies that drive measurable growth. • Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns aligned with brand, product and promotional calendars.
• Build and optimize automated flows across email and SMS – including welcome series, abandoned cart/browse, post-purchase and winback sequences.
• Manage day-to-day campaigns, including segmentation, personalization and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies based on behavior, lifecycle stage and purchase history.
• Lead A/B testing across email and SMS to improve engagement and conversion.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, including revenue attribution, CTR, CVR and retention metrics.
• Collaborate with Creative team to produce assets for campaigns.
• Support key initiatives such as seasonal campaigns, flash sales and product launches.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience managing email campaigns.
• Experienced with building informative, digestible reports for stakeholders of various levels within an organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• A mindset that balances creativity and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
