** Scope of Position
** This motivated and analytical individual, as part of the Corporate Marketing E-Commerce team, will support the growth and optimization of Watts' presence across Amazon and other digital marketplaces. The intern will gain hands-on experience in marketplace merchandising, product content management, competitive analysis, marketplace operations, and performance reporting while supporting initiatives that improve customer visibility and marketplace growth.  This position is not responsible for supervision of others.

This position reports to the Manager, E-Commerce Marketplaces.

This role is remote based in the US.  ## Primary

Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day management of products across Amazon and other e-commerce marketplace channels.
* Monitor marketplace listings to ensure accurate product information, pricing, availability, images, and content.
* Assist with new product launches, assortment updates, and marketplace merchandising initiatives.
* Help identify and resolve listing errors, content issues, suppressed products, and other marketplace-related challenges.
* Track marketplace performance metrics including sales, traffic, conversion rates, pricing, availability, ratings, and reviews.
* Develop and maintain recurring marketplace performance reports and dashboards.
* Analyze marketplace performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Review and optimize product content, including titles, descriptions, specifications, attributes, and images.
* Support product content enrichment and data quality initiatives across marketplace platforms and related systems.
* Conduct competitive research and monitor competitor pricing, assortment, promotions, ratings, reviews, and marketplace positioning.
* Research marketplace trends, consumer shopping behaviors, and best practices to support marketplace growth initiatives.
* Collaborate with E-Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, and other teams on marketplace projects and initiatives.
* Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
