About the OpportunityA premier outpatient GI center in the Andover, Massachusetts area is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their established anesthesia team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a focused, GI suite with predictable hours, early finish times, and outstanding compensation that scales with your experience.
You'll provide anesthesia services in a modern 2-room GI suite managing 15–17 cases daily in a streamlined, efficient environment. The schedule is designed for work-life balance - standard hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and when cases finish early, everyone goes home early. This is an ideal position for a CRNA seeking clinical excellence, financial stability, and the ability to enjoy life outside of work.
Compensation& Benefits Salary Based on
Experience:
- 1–5 years: $260,000–$290,000 annually
- 5–10 years: $290,000–$310,000 annually
- 10–15 years: $310,000–$340,000 annually
32–40 hours per week | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (early dismissal when cases finish and get paid for the entire day) 4-5 days a week.

- Provide anesthesia services for GI procedures including colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, and advanced diagnostic procedures
- Manage 15–17 cases daily across 2 procedure rooms in a fast-paced, well-organized GI suite
- Conduct pre‑procedural assessments and patient evaluations to ensure optimal outcomes
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and provide post‑anesthesia care and recovery oversight
- Collaborate with gastroenterologists, nursing staff, and the care team to maintain seamless patient flow and safety
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all anesthesia services
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Current CRNA certification and active Massachusetts licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and quality care
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a high‑volume outpatient setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
