Housekeeping Supervisor

Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while ensuring infection control and cleanliness standards are consistently met throughout the facility.

• Lead, coach, and schedule the housekeeping team
• Oversee daily cleaning of resident rooms and common areas
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sanitation standards
• Perform routine inspections and address environmental concerns
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment
• Work collaboratively with nursing and maintenance departments

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing setting required
• Knowledge of infection control and environmental services standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Dependable with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

• $45,000 - $50,000 annually
