Title: MDS Coordinator LPN - Skilled Nursing

In this role, you'll coordinate the MDS process, ensure accurate clinical documentation, support regulatory compliance, and help maximize reimbursement. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to complete comprehensive resident assessments that contribute to quality care and positive clinical outcomes.

Qualifications- Active Massachusetts LPN license required
- MDS experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Knowledge of MDS scheduling, completion, and reimbursement
- Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills

$90,000 - $95,000 per year (DOE)
MDS salary increases are tied to census.
