About This Role

The Triage RN in Pediatrics at Mass General Brigham is responsible for providing direct patient care and support within an outpatient setting, focusing on compassionate care and effective collaboration in a dynamic ambulatory environment.

• Pay: $38.71 - $55.23/Hourly
• Location: Andover, MA
• Facility: Mass General Brigham Community Physicians, Inc.
• Department/Unit: Pediatric suite
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with shared weekend rotation approximately every 6–8 weeks

• Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
• Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

• Education: Associate s Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor s Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience: Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required;
  Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred
