Currently assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to manage a caseload of patients in the Andover, MA and surrounding areas.

- Requires 1 year of recent Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
