** Starting Salary:** $90,000+ annual
This field-based role is ideal for an RN who enjoys working independently while making a meaningful impact in patients' lives. You'll conduct home visits, complete assessments, develop care plans, and provide ongoing clinical support to help clients remain safely in their homes.## Responsibilities:
* Conduct home visits to assess patient needs
* Develop individualized care plans
* Provide ongoing clinical support
* Work independently to ensure patients' safety and well-being##
Qualifications:
* Active RN license
* Prior experience in home care nursing preferred
