Quality Assurance Inspector

Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to quality assurance, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector

Location: Andover, MA

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

• Conduct independent reviews and approvals of GMP investigations within the manufacturing facility.
• Ensure non-conformances, deviations, OOS/OOTs, and other quality events are thoroughly investigated and compliant with cGMP regulations.
• Support product quality, patient safety, and timely batch disposition through detailed documentation and analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, and QC to facilitate quality assurance processes.
• Assist during regulatory inspections and audits by providing objective QA oversight and documentation support.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or inspection roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Vault QMS is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
