Quality Control Testing Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, is seeking a USA - Quality Control Testing Technician - I - USD to join their team. As a USA - Quality Control Testing Technician - I - USD, you will be part of the Quality Control Microbiology Laboratory supporting laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of microbiological assays to support routine testing of raw materials, production intermediates, bulk samples, finished products, and validation samples.
• Interpret and document test results in accordance with standard operating procedures and Data Integrity principles.
• Assist with instrument validations and participate in special projects to improve laboratory processes.
• Support training of new team members and contribute to SOP revisions and investigation writing.
• Maintain compliance with cGLP standards and adhere to safety protocols, including aseptic gowning procedures.

What's Needed?

• Experience working in a microbiology laboratory, preferably within a cGLP environment.
• Ability to perform laboratory tasks involving walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods.
• Proficiency in manipulating laboratory testing apparatus and reading/comprehending technical procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
• Flexibility to support occasional weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
