Analyst, Mission/Quality Assurance

We are seeking a Analyst, Mission/Quality Assurance to become a key part of Operations Quality Team. Here at Raytheon, our Operations Quality Team assures product and process quality with an emphasis on Product Compliance, Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement.

What You Will Do:

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or other technical field of study, and less than (2) years prior relevant related experience,
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Demonstrated knowledge of key process characteristics and ability to implement effective process control techniques.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality management systems
• Proficient in the use of pareto analysis, cause/effect diagrams, process mapping
• Able to facilitate cross-functional teams in systematic improvement activities (e.g. 6-sigma, lean manufacturing)

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.

-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
