Job Overview
Location:
US-MA-ANDOVER-AN1 ~ 350 Lowell St ~ AN1 ESSEX BLDG. Work performed onsite in Andover, MA. No relocation offered. 3rd shift position with a 12% shift differential above base pay.

Secret. U.S. citizenship required. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required.
- Perform visual inspection of electronic assemblies, including circuit boards, solder joints, wiring, and components, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Verify that assemblies meet engineering drawings, schematics, and customer specifications.
- Identify, document, and disposition defects, non‑conformances, and deviations from the manufacturing process.
- Work closely with production teams to address quality issues and provide feedback for corrective actions.
- Provide real‑time support to the production floor by addressing quality concerns, resolving technical issues, and assisting with troubleshooting to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2‑year post‑high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with electronic assemblies.
- Experience with quality assurance processes, testing, and/or troubleshooting of circuit card or other electronic assemblies.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Hands‑on experience with circuit card assembly, including component placement, soldering techniques (through‑hole and surface‑mount technology), and rework/repair processes.
- Familiarity with IPC‑A‑610 & J‑STD‑001 standards for electronic assemblies and the ability to work with engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Experience working directly with engineers, scientists, technicians, and leadership in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to build positive, constructive professional relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong constructive problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from a variety of communities and backgrounds.
Salary range: 41,400 USD – 72,600 USD.
