Location
Andover, Woburn, Tewksbury, Marlborough, Westford, Massachusetts, Portsmouth, Rhode Island, Manchester, New Hampshire and other sites as needed.

Responsibilities- Lead internal QMS audits for compliance with AS9100 standards across Northeastern sites and other Raytheon locations.
- Select audit teams, develop audit plans, and conduct opening/closing meetings and daily debriefs with site stakeholders.
- Prepare audit reports, issue, review, and approve formal corrective actions.
- Serve as liaison to the Enterprise Audit Team, facilitating audit schedules, logistics, and corrective‑action closure.
- Represent Raytheon’s Certification body (NQA) during site certification or recertification audits, managing schedule, logistics, and corrective‑action closure.
- Assist sites in preparation for Enterprise and NQA audits.
- Perform additional audits as deemed appropriate and facilitate corrective‑action responses with process owners, including advanced root‑cause analysis resources.
- Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a related field with minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience. - At least 3 years of QMS auditing experience within the aerospace industry and familiarity with AS9100 standards.
- American Society for Quality Certified Quality Auditor (ASQ/CQA) certification or equivalent.
- U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance (DoD Secret). Existing clearance required after day one.
- Advanced Auditor (AEA) or Lead Auditor certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently, lead teams without direct supervision, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Competitive salary range: $86,800 – $165,200.
