Bioanalytical Research Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bioanalytical Research Associate to support laboratory testing of protein and small molecule therapeutics. This is a hands‑on role ideal for candidates with analytical lab experience who can operate instrumentation, execute assays, and contribute to a high‑quality, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine bioanalytical testing of protein and small molecule therapeutics
- Operate analytical instrumentation, including liquid chromatography (LC), iCE, CGE, pH, and UV‑Vis spectroscopy
- Prepare samples, standards, and reagents for analysis
- Execute assays with accuracy and attention to detail under minimal supervision
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
- Accurately document experimental data in compliance with cGMP standards using LIMS
- Support general lab operations and continuous improvement efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years of laboratory experience in bioanalytical or analytical chemistry
- Hands‑on experience with chromatographic and/or spectroscopic techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Experience with imaged capillary electrophoresis (iCE)
- Familiarity with CEX or other protein separation techniques
- Knowledge of USP/EP compendial assays
Position is Full Time, Monday‑Friday, First Shift, Monday through Friday from 8am‑5pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Andover, MA, are encouraged to apply.
