Set and clear tables, take resident food and beverage orders, and serve residents in a timely professional manner.;
Correctly use the Point of Sale system to process all orders and payments, and open/close POS at start and end of shift.;
Prepare meals from the menu and promote food items and coffee drinks; ensure grab-and-go is stocked and rotated.;
Determine Panini specials for the day with help from the chef; maintain temperature logs and par stock lists daily.;
Display a welcoming and outgoing attitude toward all diners, residents, their families, and potential residents; keep the Bistro clean and orderly
