We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Counter Lead to be the face and driving force of our front-of-house operations. You will be responsible for setting the pace, ensuring flawless customer service, and upholding our commitment to quality.

  Supervise and guide the counter staff, including assigning tasks, managing breaks, and ensuring all team members are trained and motivated.

• Operational Excellence:
  Oversee all cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and end-of-shift reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Food & Menu Expertise:
  Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our seasonal menus, ingredients, and preparation methods to accurately answer guest questions about our scratch kitchen and innovative veggie dishes.
• Order Management:
  Efficiently manage the flow of in-person and online orders, coordinating with the kitchen team to minimize wait times in our fast-paced environment.
• Cleanliness & Safety:
  Ensure the front counter, dining area, and all service stations are kept clean, organized, and comply with all health and safety standards.
• Gold Card Ambassador:
  Be an expert on our brand and Gold Card program, engaging with our most passionate (and tattooed) fans.

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a small team during peak hours.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with cash handling and order accuracy.
• A positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for unique, high-quality food.
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
