Position: Whole Body Team Leader (Body Care, Makeup, Vitamins, Nutrition Department Manager)
Whole Foods Market -  - Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership to the Whole Body team and manage daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, and labor targets;
Hire, develop, and coach Associate Team Leaders and Team Members; conduct performance evaluations;
Ensure high standards of customer service and store execution; maintain regulatory compliance and health/safety procedures;
Monitor and achieve sales targets and manage inventory to contribute to profit margins;
Foster teamwork, vendor relationships, and a positive work environment; implement store programs and initiatives
