Melanie Casey Jewelry, an independent fine jewelry manufacturer headquartered in Andover, MA is a growing company with an authentic culture of integrity, respect, and creativity. This is a part time (20 hours per week), onsite position. This role will work out of our Andover studio Monday (8am-4pm), Wednesday (11am-7pm), and Friday (8am-4pm).

The role:

We are seeking an onsite Showroom and Appointment Specialist to create exceptional, personalized experiences for clients as they shop our collection of handcrafted fine jewelry. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for fashion, personal styling, and helping people celebrate life's most meaningful moments.

As a jewelry stylist, you will guide clients through one of the most significant purchases they will ever make: the selection of an engagement ring and wedding bands that symbolize their unique love story. By combining product expertise, thoughtful consultation, and a warm, luxury-focused approach, you will help clients discover pieces that feel deeply personal and become cherished symbols of an important chapter in their lives.

Create Exceptional Client Experiences

• Guide clients through personalized showroom appointments, helping them discover engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry pieces that reflect their style and story.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming, luxury experience during both scheduled appointments and Open Showroom events held twice weekly.
• Serve as a trusted product expert, sharing knowledge about our designs, craftsmanship, diamonds, gemstones, and customization options.
• Capture and provide detailed photos and videos of in-stock diamonds, gemstones, jewelry pairings, and inventory to support clients throughout their shopping journey.
• Develop and host virtual try-on appointments for clients who are unable to visit the showroom in person.

Manage Client Communications

• Build relationships with clients through thoughtful, timely communication via email and phone.
• Follow up after appointments, answer questions, and guide clients toward confident purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate all client pick-ups and drop-offs, including scheduling, preparation, and in-person interactions.

Support Business Operations

• Collect and report showroom and appointment analytics to support business decision-making.
• Take ownership of showroom preparation and presentation to ensure every client experience reflects our brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives and goals.

• A passion for fashion, jewelry, personal styling, and creating exceptional client experiences.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and make clients feel comfortable, confident, and celebrated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adopt the Melanie Casey brand voice.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and strong time management skills.
• Comfort learning a large product catalog, including design details, gemstones, and craftsmanship features.
• Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, fashion, hospitality, styling, or client-facing service roles is preferred but not required.
• Experience with POS systems, appointment scheduling software, or jewelry retail environments is a plus.
