Hey, I’m Pete. My wife and I own Journey Auto Repair (New Hope & Andover). I started as a technician, and over the years I’ve experienced both the worst and best this industry has to offer. That’s why we’ve built a company where people—both customers and team members—come first.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t just about managing repair orders and scheduling appointments. This is relational, high-ticket consultative sales—where you’ll help customers understand their vehicle needs and confidently guide them toward solutions that protect their investment and their safety.

  • Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
  • Educate customers on findings and recommended services with confidence
  • Handle inbound leads and walk-ins with urgency and clarity
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient workflow
  • Close high-value repair orders with transparency and follow-through

Requirements
  • 3+ years in B2C sales (auto, luxury retail, real estate, fitness, furniture, etc.)
  • Confident, professional communicator
  • Self-starter with a high emotional IQ
  • Comfortable with technology, multi-tasking, and fast-paced environments
  • No automotive experience? That’s okay—we’ll train the right salesperson.
