Security Officer Check In Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities for a technology-focused location.;
Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, greet visitors, verify credentials, and direct employees, guests, and vendors in accordance with site protocols.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper communication channels when needed.;
Answer phones, manage visitor logs and deliveries, and support front desk operations while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns.;
Assist with reporting suspicious activity, unusual behavior, and/or facility issues to help support a professional environment for staff and visitors
