- Safely plan, layout, and perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of the RTX electrical infrastructure, and support machine‑tool maintenance requirements.
- Create and review stock lists in conjunction with or reviewed by the group leader.
- Notify supervision when major and extensive repairs or modifications are necessary.
- Perform ESD work.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Perform general maintenance and daily housekeeping of workplace, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain records, move materials/equipment, and follow safety rules in performance of duties.
- Perform any electrical related work as assigned and other similar duties as required or directed.
- Digital voltmeters/multi‑meters, amp‑meters, hand tools, power/battery operated tools
- Manual, electric and hydraulic operated conduit benders
- Wire pulling equipment
- Aerial/scissor lifts, step ladders, and extension ladders
- Current Massachusetts Electrical Journeyman's license.
- Minimum of 5 years electrical experience.
This position requires a U.S. government issued security clearance. The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Confidential clearance is required. Clearance status must be active and existing after day
1.
