Home Works Energy is seeking a Crew Lead to supervise a small installation team and ensure safe, high-quality insulation projects. You will guide technicians, coordinate workflows, and uphold safety standards on job sites.
You will oversee quality checks, communicate with customers, and comply with driver-training requirements for company vehicles. A Mass Save certification path is preferred and training is offered as needed.
