Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and Refrigeration equipment across multiple buildings in a campus setting;
Respond promptly to system alarms, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure continuous operation;
Perform preventive maintenance on critical building systems, including chillers, HVAC units, pumps, and water heaters;
Install, repair, and rebuild mechanical and electrical components such as piping, valves, filters, and control systems;
Document all maintenance activities, system readings, and equipment conditions accurately in the CMMS database
