What you’ll doWork directly on Building Automation and Energy Management Systems, supporting installation, startup, and ongoing service. You’ll troubleshoot software and controls issues, assist with commissioning, and help ensure systems are running efficiently and meeting design expectations. You’ll also collaborate with project teams and third-party commissioning agents to resolve issues and drive successful project delivery.
What we’re looking for- Experience in HVAC controls or building automation (typically 2+ years)
- Hands-on experience with installation, wiring, and panel terminations
- Ability to troubleshoot BAS controls, communication networks, and system performance
- Exposure to platforms like Eco Struxure, Niagara / Tridium and protocols such as BACnet or Modbus is preferred
- Comfort working independently in the field while staying connected with a broader team
