Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations on HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system malfunctions
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced technicians
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- 3-5 years of hands‑on HVAC and refrigeration experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- State/local HVAC licenses
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of troubleshooting complex HVAC systems

CompensationExpected compensation for this position: 80,000.00 – 96,600.00 USD per year Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
