Phenom Officer; SIC)

What you’ll do

• Support the Captain in the safe operation of the Phenom 300 in full compliance with FAA regulations, the Company Flight Operations Manual, Operations Specifications, letters of authorization, flight manuals, and all applicable company procedures.
• Conduct flight operations and related assignments per the General Operations Manual and company manuals.
• Complete flight, aircraft, and passenger records accurately and on time; maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Comply with all flight- and duty-time limits and required rest periods.
• Coordinate client itinerary changes with the Operations Control Center and help mitigate operational delays related to scheduling, crew legality, or maintenance.
• Perform preflight, post-flight, and routine servicing; stock and clean the aircraft to company standards.
• Execute Ground and In-flight Security Coordinator duties under 40 CFR (b-c).
• Identify process or communication improvements to enhance operational reliability and client experience.

• Experience: Minimum 1,500 hours total time; previous Captain experience in any type of aircraft.
• Certificates & Medical: Commercial AMEL with Instrument Rating; current First Class Medical; ATP (ATP unrestricted or restricted accepted).
• Type Rating: Holds a type rating in any aircraft type.
• Training Currency: Completed initial or recurrent training phases within the preceding 12 months.
• Knowledge: Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135 and Part 91.
• Tech skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, iOS, and internet-based programs.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; professional client-facing demeanor.
• Physical: Ability to lift 75 lbs up a flight of aircraft stairs.
• Travel: Valid, unrestricted passport and ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Record: Clean safety and compliance record.

• Review the Flight/Maintenance Log and Form MF-9/MR-10 (including MR-9 or MR-10 as applicable) to verify aircraft airworthiness.
• Coordinate required maintenance with appropriate personnel to ensure dispatch reliability.
• Document all actions and discrepancies promptly and accurately.

• Uphold company safety culture and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in client operations and sensitive security matters.
• Support security coordination duties and ensure alignment with company and federal standards.
