Arrow Electronics is seeking an In-Plant Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day materials flow within our electronics supply chain operation. In this role, you will receive, inspect, label, and store electronic components; pick, pack, and stage orders for production and shipment; and ensure accurate inventory transactions in our warehouse management systems. You'll operate material-handling equipment, follow safety and ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures, and collaborate closely with supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming electronic components and materials against documentation.
- Label, store, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations following ESD and safety standards.
- Pick, pack, and stage materials accurately for production orders and outbound shipments.
- Perform inventory transactions using warehouse or ERP systems and assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Operate material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe, compliant manner.
- Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work areas in alignment with Arrow's safety and quality policies.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams to support on-time delivery and production schedules.
- Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or process issues to supervisors.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute ideas for continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
- Support customer and internal quality requirements through accurate documentation and handling practices.
