Our client is looking for fun and energetic After-Care Teacher to join their premier preschool in Andover, MN. This is a wonderful opportunity for educators who love working with school-aged children!

• This is a Direct Hire position with the school
• Part-Time;
  Monday - Friday; year-round employment

• After-Care Teacher: working with children 6 to 12 years old and the shift would be 2:00pm to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday

• $19.00 - $21.00/hour
  pending education, credentials, and professional experience

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
• Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
• Plan, create and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
• Maintain educational portfolios for each child

• REQUIRED
  
  Education:
  
  High School Diploma
• REQUIRED Experience: 1 year of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility
• Must be at least 18years old
• Must meet background check eligibility
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
