Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I)

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will obtain Securities Industry licenses, receive dedicated coaching and training, and start delivering Bank of America's core banking and investment solutions to clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Earn Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 120 days of hire (SIE within 30 days).
- Build, manage, and grow client relationships, providing end‑to‑end comprehensive financial advice and solutions.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with the full range of Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
- Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, and provide recommendations to help clients achieve financial goals.
- Execute multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize client interests, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adhere to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background check and registration in the federal registry.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required securities licenses.
- Self‑discipline in managing time and capacity.
- Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and results‑driven mindset.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology.
- High School Diploma, GED, or secondary school equivalency.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum one year of financial services or sales experience.
- Skills in advisory account management, client experience, branding, customer and client focus, oral and written communication, issue management, pipeline management, active listening, risk management, policies, procedures, and guidelines, causation analysis, and client management.
Schedule
- 1st shift (United States) – Monday to Friday, some Saturdays required.
- Hours:
40 per week; typical schedule 8a.m.–5p.m. or 9a.m.–6p.m.
