- Independently manage residential purchase, refinance, cash, and new construction transactions from commitment through funding.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, attorneys, and other parties to ensure smooth, timely closings.
- Review title commitments, lender instructions, and closing requirements.
- Prepare settlement statements and closing packages.
- Balance files and ensure compliance with underwriter and lender requirements.
- Conduct closings professionally while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Resolve title and closing issues with sound judgment and a proactive approach.
- Maintain complete, accurate files while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Three or more years of experience as an Escrow Officer, Closer, or Senior Title Processor (Minnesota experience preferred).
- Ability to independently manage a full closing pipeline.
- Strong knowledge of Minnesota title and escrow practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with Ram Quest or comparable title production software is preferred.
