• Independently manage residential purchase, refinance, cash, and new construction transactions from commitment through funding.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, attorneys, and other parties to ensure smooth, timely closings.
• Review title commitments, lender instructions, and closing requirements.
• Prepare settlement statements and closing packages.
• Balance files and ensure compliance with underwriter and lender requirements.
• Conduct closings professionally while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Resolve title and closing issues with sound judgment and a proactive approach.
• Maintain complete, accurate files while consistently meeting deadlines.

• Three or more years of experience as an Escrow Officer, Closer, or Senior Title Processor (Minnesota experience preferred).
• Ability to independently manage a full closing pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of Minnesota title and escrow practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with Ram Quest or comparable title production software is preferred.
• A collaborative, positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
