• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Extensive experience with Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and working with large datasets
• Ability to work with large data sets accurately and efficiently
• Familiarity or experience with AI tools such as Claude or equivalents
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Prior experience with Financial Systems (e.g., Great Plains)
• Knowledge of financial operations or systems integration
• Experience in data automation or scripting

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant analysis experience, preferably in a professional or staffing environment

• Onsite hybrid work in Andover, Massachusetts preferred; fully remote options available for candidates within EST time zone
